Nutraceutical fulfillment requires strict quality control. We:

• Utilize ISO 9000 quality measures in your literature fulfillment
• Assign bar-code number to each nutraceutical product
• Track the bar-codes with our RF locator system
• Monitor quantity of all parts of your literature
• Track all modifications of the literature

Nutraceutical orders are processed following precise steps:

1. Bill of Materials of what the client wishes each order to contain is produced.
2. Inventory check of all orders is performed.
3. A pick list is generated.
4. All components are picked and transferred to the assembly area.
5. Your order is assembled.

During assembly, we monitor quality control with a three-part inspection process. If everything is exactly as it is supposed to be, the project goes to the shipping department where:

1. Individual products are packed in master cartons.
2. Bar-coded shipping labels that describe the contents of the order are affixed to the cartons.
3. Bar-codes are scanned into inventory.

Your nutraceuticals are now ready to be shipped.
